Individually, the 2027 and 2028 classes in Kentucky are both worth following. Together, they make the next two seasons some of the most interesting high school basketball the state has seen in a while.
The 2027 class is the one that's been on the radar longer. These are kids who have been playing varsity basketball for a couple of years now, and the names are established. Ferlandes Wright, Jack Logsdon, Ja'Rye Brown, Matthew Langhi, Montez Gay, LJ Holman, Omari Jointer, and the rest of that long list. This is a class with proven production.
